The claims process

Please complete our free online assessment. We will be able to confirm whether you have a valid claim and whether or not it is likely that your claim will be successful. Your case will then be passed to a solicitor who will run through things in more detail. At this point we will explain your options and calculate how much compensation you could receive. If you wish to proceed, a straight forward claim should be concluded within 3 months. More complicated cases or those that are disputed will take longer, we will answer any questions you may have. We will negotiate with the third party and reach a settlement. As part of this process you may have to attend a medical to confirm the extent of your injuries. All costs in relation to this (including travel to the medical) will be added to the claim. We will keep you informed throughout the claim.
